At around 1744 hrs on Friday 21st of October, Parliament Square A Renault Kangoo White Van broke rule 182 of the highway traffic code by narrowly cutting up the traffic droid and smacking a middle aged lady cyclist on her right hand.
This morning I have reviewed the video footage captured by my droid cams and will be submitting the evidence to the Police Authourities.
I will be taking with me my Lap Top to replay the incident and submit my report. This Van Driver failed to stop and has broken the Law.
Case Now pending.

At night your cycle MUST have white front and red rear lights lit. It MUST also be fitted with a red rear reflector (and amber pedal reflectors, if manufactured after 1/10/85). White front reflectors and spoke reflectors will also help you to be seen. Flashing lights are permitted but it is recommended that cyclists who are riding in areas without street lighting use a steady front lamp.Law RVLR regs 13, 18 & 24
ReplyDeleteBefore you become named the hypocritical traffic droid I suggest you follow the higway code yourself, regarding pedal reflectors and rear red reflectors at night as you appeared on Tv the evidence is proven , you was cycling at night clearly with no pedal reflectors or rear red reflector you are in contravention to .Law RVLR regs
